What does the appointment process look like?

For new clients, our first point of contact! For returning clients, our first point of contact for a new service! We discuss what Brynn can do for you, what type of information and what time frame(s) are we working with, how much work is involved, what software will be used… We’ll cover all our bases, and then we will sign an easy-to-read contract. Time to get started! Note: If services are engaged, you’ll usually need to put down a deposit to show a mutual commitment.

Brynn gets to work! During this time, she will block out specific chunks in her calendar, usually hourly, until the requested service is completed. If anything weird comes up or if Brynn has any questions, she will reach out and request an intermittent appointment. And again, it is guaranteed that any deadlines discussed will always be met! The timeliness of your finances is not something to be taken lightly!

Once Brynn’s all done, a final wrap-up appointment between the client and Brynn will take place, going over any concluding thoughts, final words, and the like. Brynn issues a final invoice based on the services provided and receives payment (she’s very flexible!). The job is done! Thank you for working with Brynn’s Bookkeeping!

With consistent tax studying and basic tax prep practices already underway, Brynn is optimistically on the road to becoming an Enrolled Agent and gaining the skills necessary to comfortably provide complete and exceptional tax services to meet any and every tax need, including full-scope tax preparation, planning, and solutions!

Brynn plans to gain the capacity to serve as an impartial witness to the signing of marriage certificates, trusts, affidavits, wills, real estate deeds, and more!

How much will it cost?
This can be a tricky question, as client needs can vary pretty drastically. For example, one client may want small business finance management, and another may just want one month of a personal individual bank account reconciled. Because each solution is custom-made to the client’s unique needs, it’s not ideal to place a fixed price on anything.
However, please know that, especially as someone who comes from generational poverty, Brynn is very willing to work with you when it comes to paying for her services! If you can’t pay the full final invoice at the time of our wrap-up appointment, we can discuss arranging a payment plan that best fits your financial situation.
